We offer a ‘delivery only’ service, or, if you prefer, we will bring everything inside and install it for you. No matter what you require, our reliable delivery team will deliver to your home. The Ace Glazing Brighton team is committed to providing a high-quality service at a fair price.

Your product will be delivered to your address at the time of shipment according to these terms.

What Information Do We Need for Delivery?

We need to know a few things about your delivery.

When you place an order, we require the following information:

  • First name and last name
  • A working phone number used to contact you when necessary.
  • Delivery address

You must provide us with a current, valid, address for delivery at the time of ordering. To help ensure that we have the right address for you, please provide either your postcode or house number and street name and any suburb if known.

We will not use the information for any purpose other than obtaining delivery instructions.

What Happens if Your Information Is Incomplete or Incorrect?

Ace Glazing Brighton reserves the right to ship products via an alternative shipping method, at our discretion, upon prior approval by you. This right is reserved but not limited to: lack of proper address format (including no Suite/Apt Number or PO Box), inability to contact you due to inaccurate phone numbers, and incomplete or incorrect shipping address information.

Ace Glazing Brighton is not responsible for unsuccessful attempts to deliver products due to incorrect shipping address information.

Delivery Options

We offer a range of delivery options to suit you. For Brighton deliveries, we offer Standard Delivery for £XXX, and within XXX days the item will be delivered. We also offer our signature service on selected products and express delivery service to ensure that you receive your item as quickly as possible.

Please note that the delivery date is an estimated date of arrival, and whilst we’ll do our best to get your order to you on time, we can’t guarantee your delivery within this time period.

What Are Our Delivery Times?

Our delivery times vary according to your location and your item ordered. Delivery time to all major locations in Brightons is about XXX business days from the day you place your order. Items ordered over the weekend or on official holidays will process on the next business day.

Our delivery times are Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm. If there are any problems with your order we will contact you straight away.

We need someone to sign for your order so if nobody is available, a card will be left for you explaining where your parcel is and who to contact if you can’t collect it. We can work around your schedule to meet a mutually convenient time.

What Regions Do We Cover in Brighton?

We cover the whole of Brighton, including Hove, Rottingdean, and surrounding areas. We’re registered with the City Council and have all the required qualifications to do business in the area. Our customer service is excellent and we aim to deal with your enquiries as promptly as possible.

What Warranties Do We Offer?

We stand behind our products and services with a 10-year limited warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship on all of our windows, doors, and glazing. Other than as provided by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped. After your product ships, it’s too late. Your order might need to be reshipped at our cost.
